These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kursea.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by ProDigy Wave LLC ("Kursea," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By accessing the Site, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

We sell dietary supplements. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or other content are complete or error-free.

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit or refuse any order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline that offer. Payment is processed securely through our third-party providers, PayPal and Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All purchases are one-time purchases. We do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing.

5. Shipping

Shipping cost depends on your plan: $4.95 for a single-bottle order, and free shipping on orders of two bottles or more. Orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as factors outside our control (such as carrier delays) may apply. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

• 3 bottles: 90-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@kursea.com within your guarantee window for a full refund — no questions asked. You may return the bottles whether they are empty or not. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through the Site.

The information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements, not medications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDigy Wave LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProDigy Wave LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Significant changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
