Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we ship your Kursea order. It applies to orders placed on kursea.com, operated by ProDigy Wave LLC. For refunds and returns, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays or high-volume periods.

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the United States and would like to order, please contact us and we'll let you know whether we can help.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package. If you haven't received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Delays, Lost & Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us at contact@kursea.com within 7 days of your order date. We'll work with you to resolve it — including a replacement or refund where appropriate. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession, but we want you taken care of and will always try to make it right.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping may apply).
