2. How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at contact@kursea.com within your guarantee window, from the email address you used to order, and let us know you'd like a refund. Please include your order number if you have it — it helps us find your order faster, but it isn't required.

3. Returning Your Bottles

Once you contact us, we'll confirm the return address. You can send the bottles back empty or partially used — there's no need to have anything left. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (see below).

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your request is confirmed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We'll refund the product price in full; original shipping charges (where they applied) are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@kursea.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, and we'll cover any return shipping in these cases.

6. Exceptions

Our guarantee applies to purchases made directly through kursea.com. Products bought through a third-party reseller must be returned according to that seller's policy. Refund requests made after your guarantee window has closed may not be eligible, though you're always welcome to reach out — we review requests in good faith.
